PHASES
OF THE PROGRAM
After successful programs around the world ( such as Stanford University, INSEAD and Olympic Games among others...) UAEU Science & Innovation Park, the College of Science and Arabexcellence are pleased to announce the launch of ARABEXCELLENCE ROLE MODELS PROGRAM for Emirati students within the College of Science.

MINDSET SHIFT: 5 WORKSHOPS BY ARAB EXCELLENCE
5 workshops will cover a number of critical skills: inspirational case studies from local role models, formulating mid and long term vision, professional and personal roadmaps, proactive networking skills, professional resume, cover letter, communications, public speaking, networking, creating professional presence online, etc…

Phase 2 includes dynamic interactions and exposure to prestigious private sector companies and profound entrepreneurs and startups to help student understand the world of work, sector and economy and will match students with mentors from the private sectors to equip the students with practical steps to reach career readiness and employability. Prestigious companies includes JP. Morgan, Linkedin, General Electric etc…
PRIVATE SECTOR ENGAGEMENT

FOCUS TRACK : EMPLOYABILITY
Students will go though the Employment path to be ready to obtain jobs in several partner companies and receive hands-on experience in the corporate world. This phase includes Resume nalization, interview skills, job/ internship matching and placement, job shadowing …etc this program is delivered in partnership with Arab Excellence.
FOCUS TRACK : ENTREPREUNEURSHIP
Students will go though the journey of self-employment and get introduced to entrepreneurship track through offering entrepreneurial soft skills such as Design Thinking including workshops on ideation, prototyping, testing and business modeling, Idea to prototype program, and prototype to market program. Moreover, a set of hard skills will be offered to students to develop their products and prototypes utilizing technology and AI, students will have access to UAEU SIP facility such as the makers space and google hub. UAEU SIP will o er technical workshops such as Mobile app development, coding, 3D printing and design, Laser cutting .. Etc. finally selected students will have access to incubation and acceleration program
